How accessible is the area? Can I bring my mazda 323, or bring my sierra? For example I take the truck because the mazda doesnt have much clearance at westwood. So you say its a parking lot, and then walk? I like to haul a lot of gear, so if I can drive as close as possible would be cool.

EDIT: I just looked at the google map view. Its not tragic, I think i'll take the mini. And bushwacker I remember there being a compressor at westwood and it broke down. Is it running again?

you can bring vehicle Spartan. its a concrete parking lot of an Ice rink. We walk like 200-300 meters down the hill into the playing area.
That is the closest you are going to get car wise. It will quite interesting if you decide to take your 323 down

few off road trucks come down for off roading.

Its not far so you could probably make two or three trips down if you want to haul too much stuff. mind you you have to take it back with you too.

If you have scuba tanks bring them looking at 20 people you could sell air. for $5 all day.

You park on a paved parking lot behind the ice rink so no off-roading like at Westwood.

Compressor should be on it's way out of Cali. Might take a month to get it back up with the border and all that. So just in time for the spring start

For now we just get 3 scubas filled and play with that until they run out. Usually it's good for 12-15 people so we are good.

Just call me on my cell when you get there and i will come by the parking lot and bring you down or even tell me approximate time of arrival and i will be there around the same time. Its easy

Ya I got that, I just don't like to interrupt teams, make them uneven and such. And after reading a few threads, I've noticed you've all become a team together I didn't want to intrude without an invitation to play! See ya tomorrow... err today... I'll be in the sierra. And about gearing up... can I carry the paintball marker through the lot visible? Or should I cover it in something?

I recommend you cover it with something so people dont call police on you. The staff at the ice rink knows that we play but i am not sure about the parents and kids. But you will park really close to the path that leads to the field. And no i dont think you are interrupting, we are all paintball lovers and if you are one then you are one of us

I wont be showing that means no table and no umbrellas sorry but there are a few complications.

You are more than welcome spartan, We all appreciate your concern about intruding and just like Eshan said you wont be, we are bunch of nuts playing ( in sensible way toward paintball) includes all the three locations westwood winery or port moody.

Also if you have played with one of us any place obviously you know the rules of outlaw, play at your own risk AND DONT BE A JERK.

as for carrying your paintball marker through rink. the parking is towards south side on ocassions we have taken out our markers in parking lot and shown off the new gun or something parent walk looking amzed , as for calling authority the Ice rink has made it very clear no messing around with their property no throwing paintballs on parking lot. and no shooting at rhier building or trasformers.

They have known us for long time that we are very responsible. so far we have not known anyone of having misbehaved and will probably stay that way.

Nice day today also paintball is a sport where you get along with simiar mind buddies you will have great time mate.
